2022 WINES

BAS 510 wine
Silhouette of person holding a glass of wine

A wine steeped in flavours of blackberry, pomegranate, sweet licorice, and a backbone of dark cocoa powder. It should be served slightly below room temperature alongside rich meats due to its smooth tannins. When drinking, if you aren’t careful, it might very well consume you instead.

Yellow grapes

Our first orange wine has landed! There is no hiding the fact that this is an orange wine, with its vibrant orange hues that wrap a myriad of flavours such as white peach, tangerine, pink grapefruit, and most of all, apricot. Once swallowed, it will leave a delicate finish of dried fruits, honey, tea, and an ever-so-slight oxidative nature. We recommend serving it alongside a bevy of cheeses, charcuterie, or just with some of your favourite company. Enjoy!

Our lightly sparkling apple wine is a delightful blend of Bobal grapes and crisp Danish apples. This unique combination results in a wine with a light effervescence and a refreshing profile. The initial sip reveals bright apple flavours, complemented by the rich berry notes of Bobal grapes. As the bubbles dance on your palate, hints of pear and a touch of citrus emerge, leading to a clean and invigorating finish. Perfect for any occasion, this sparkling apple wine pairs wonderfully with fresh salads, light cheeses, or simply enjoyed with friends. Cheers!’
